Heather Maclean

Often times project work includes all phases of operations and Marketing and/or Communications (MarComm) is left to the tail-end of the project. However, including MarComm from the beginning can lead to great success and adoption of projects both internally and externally.

 

Bio

Heather MacLean is the marketing lead for CyberNB, Heather is an award-winning MarComm practitioner with extensive experience in corporate marketing spanning six industries and more than 30 countries.

She lead the marketing and communications for Canada’s only successful Airline Travel Bank, developed and managed Strategic Resellers Programs, which have increased revenues by more than 600%, and most recently lead Opportunities NB’s branding development and built out its digital strategies.

Heather worked for Caris (now Teledyne), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and as CMO of TaylorMade Solutions which has worked with many national and international brands.

Heather has several degrees, including an MBA in Marketing/Communications from the University of New Brunswick and is a Professor at Saint Thomas University’s Communication and Public Policy faculty.
